Justin Wilkes, CPA

Justin Wilkes, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Business Assurance practice. With more than 20 years of experience, Justin leads financial statement audits and reviews for manufacturing, distribution and technology companies. Justin serves as a trusted advisor to his clients through technical accounting guidance and general management consulting. He is also responsible for developing and mentoring staff and monitoring firm performance goals.

Justin has experience working with SEC registrants, private equity-owned companies and closely held businesses. He has provided sell-side due diligence, purchase price allocations and quality of earnings reports to public and private companies. He has also helped clients with qualified defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plan audits.

Before joining Moore Colson in 2024, Justin was a partner at BDO USA, where he provided accounting and assurance services to clients across various industries. He also worked at Deloitte, where he graduated from the Global Facilitation Skills program and participated in the Faculty Excellence program.
