Steven Bailey

Steven Bailey, CPA, CFE, CCIFP, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Assurance Practice Area and brings more than 20 years of experience delivering audit, assurance and advisory services to privately held and middle-market companies. He primarily serves clients in the construction, manufacturing/distribution, healthcare and technology industries.

Steven leads and oversees assurance engagements focused on financial statement audits, reviews and compilations and provides clients with practical insight into financial reporting, job cost analysis, internal controls and risk management. He also provides a range of consulting services to clients focused on improving financial reporting processes, enhancing operational decision-making, and supporting business owners with strategic growth planning.

Beyond client service delivery, Steven plays an active leadership role within the firm. He oversees the operations of Moore Colson’s Assurance construction practice, helping guide strategy, quality and growth initiatives across one of the firm’s most significant industry groups. He also serves as Chair of the firm’s Innovation and Effectiveness Committee, where he helps drive process improvement, technology adoption and operational efficiency initiatives across the Assurance practice.
