Senior Associates
At the Senior Associate level, professionals refine their skills and knowledge across diverse and complex engagements, whether in tax, assurance or advisory. They mentor less experienced associates, manage projects and enhance client communication, positioning themselves as crucial contributors to our team’s success.
Managers
At the Manager level, professionals lead complex engagements, supervise and develop Associates and Senior Associates, and specialize in a specific industry or area of expertise. Managers take on training duties, serve as clients’ primary contacts and collaborate with senior leadership to address complex issues. These roles combine leadership, client interaction and decision-making responsibilities, positioning them as key players in our firm’s success.
Senior Managers
At the Senior Manager level, professionals serve as technical experts, managing multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously. These roles emphasize developing technical and industry expertise, providing excellent client service and fostering business relationships through participation in industry groups.
Directors
At the Director level, professionals serve as strategic industry resources, mentors and coaches, bridging the gap between partners and the rest of our professional team. Directors are prominent leaders managing high-level client relationships, overseeing complex projects and driving growth initiatives.
Partners
Our Partners are the leaders of our firm and focus on cultivating empowered and passionate teams. They nurture client-centered relationships, develop innovative services and embody our firm’s culture. Partners play a critical role in the firm’s management, participate in community involvement and lead our firm’s growth initiatives.
Operations team members partner with firm management and practice area leaders to support the firm’s goals through IT, finance, marketing and talent efforts.
IT Team
Moore Colson’s IT team provides hands-on support to our team members by installing, configuring, operating and maintaining hardware and software. They help develop and execute our IT strategy and are critical in ensuring our firm’s systems are functioning well and securely.
Finance Team
The finance team at Moore Colson maintains and monitors the firm’s overall accounting functions. They ensure that we utilize our financial systems most effectively, manage client billing processes, and handle invoicing and collections.
Marketing Team
Our marketing team works to increase the awareness and recognition of the Moore Colson brand throughout the marketplace. They focus on positioning our firm and its experts as thought leaders in their industry and service areas. The marketing team also develops Moore Colson’s voice and design as an innovative and forward-thinking brand in accounting and advisory.
Talent Team
The talent team handles all things recruiting, onboarding and human resources. They are key in recruiting on-campus and experienced hires for all our service lines. Moore Colson’s talent team also helps foster a positive work environment through employee benefit programs, internal events and career progression plans.
