Williams brings over 20 years of experience in professional services, relationship management and strategic sales leadership. At Moore Colson, he will focus on expanding the firm’s market presence by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities and helping shape the firm’s go-to-market strategies.
Williams began his career in accounting before transitioning into recruiting, where he built a niche placing top talent at Big 4 firms and large global organizations. This combination of financial acumen and talent strategy has fueled his success in business development roles, allowing him to serve as a strategic partner to C-suite executives, private equity firms and investment banks.
Prior to joining Moore Colson, Williams held the role of Director of Business Development at a top 200 accounting firm. There, he was instrumental in growing the firm's advisory practice areas, particularly in transaction services and healthcare advisory, and enhancing the firm’s overall market competitiveness.
