Talley brings more than 17 years of financial management experience across the construction, real estate and manufacturing industries. At Moore Colson, she is a member of the firm’s construction industry group and guides clients in selecting the systems and software best suited to their operations. She also establishes consistent reporting cadences and help clients interpret their financial data to make informed choices.
Before joining Moore Colson, Talley spent more than 15 years at Place Services Inc., a commercial construction company. She advanced from an entry-level position to Corporate Controller, where she led the company’s accounting and finance function. As a member of the senior leadership team, she helped shape companywide goals. She also directed an enterprise-wide transition from QuickBooks to Acumatica that improved the speed and accuracy of reporting.
Talley’s expertise spans treasury, cash management, risk management, budget planning, job costing, contract administration and financial reporting. Her career has also extended into human resources, safety and fleet management. That range gives her a practical view of how the numbers shape daily business decisions.
Talley earned a Master of Accountancy from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kennesaw State University. She is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). In the community, she is a patron and volunteer with The HOPE Center.
