Moore Colson’s Reena Booker Named a 2026 Top Woman in Specialty Finance by ABF Journal

October 14, 2026

ATLANTA, GEORGIA

Moore Colson, an award-winning accounting and advisory firm, recently announced that Transaction Advisory Director Reena Booker, CPA, has been named a 2026 Top Woman in Specialty Finance by ABF Journal. Booker was recognized among 48 honorees in the publication’s annual list celebrating women shaping the specialty finance industry.

ABF Journal publishes the list each year to honor women whose leadership spans asset-based lending, factoring, private credit and other specialty finance disciplines. Peers nominated this year’s honorees, and ABF Journal selected them based on the impact they have made at their firms, with clients and across the industry.

Booker brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and deal structuring to her role at Moore Colson. She leads financial and accounting due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions, working with private equity firms, lenders and middle-market business owners through every stage of a deal.

Before joining Moore Colson in 2024, Booker spent more than 17 years at EY in Atlanta, advancing from the assurance practice to a senior manager role in strategy and transactions. She holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Booker is also active in Moore Colson’s Growth, Resources and Opportunities for Women (GROW™) Initiative and the Association for Corporate Growth, where she mentors the next generation of women in transaction advisory.

“Being included in ABF Journal’s Top Women in Specialty Finance list alongside such an accomplished group is a meaningful honor,” Booker said. “I’ve built my career on being straightforward with clients and earning their trust at the deal table, and that work is what this recognition reflects.”

“Reena’s technical skill and her ability to build trust with clients and deal counterparties set her apart in this business,” said Christopher D. Fagan, partner at Moore Colson and leader of the Transaction Advisory Practice Area. “This recognition from ABF Journal is well earned, and it reflects the leadership she brings to our team and our industry every day.”
