Kelly Bird-Keith, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Assurance Practice Area, specializing in the firm’s Real Estate Industry Group. Kelly assists real estate clients with all aspects of their business, including financial compliance work, advisory services and technology efficiency solutions. She has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on complex structures and transactions for real estate assets under fair value GAAP basis, tax basis and historical cost GAAP basis of accounting.

Kelly also works with employee benefit plans, including those that require filing with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Kelly’s professional background in public accounting and her strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills complement Moore Colson’s already diversified Assurance Practice Area.

Before joining Moore Colson in 2011, Kelly worked with UHY Advisors, one of the top 20 professional services firms in the United States. Kelly performed services for private real estate companies and performed audits and reviews of SEC registrants on forms 10K and 10Q.
