Katie Deutschler, CPA

Katie Deutschler, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Business Assurance practice. With more than 13 years of experience, Katie leads financial statement audits and reviews for manufacturing, distribution and transportation companies. Katie serves as a trusted advisor to her clients as they encounter challenges and unique transactions during each phase of their business cycle. She is also responsible for developing and mentoring staff and monitoring firm performance goals.

Katie has experience working with large public, privately held, emerging growth, and private-equity-owned companies. She has provided technical accounting support and guidance to management around acquisitions and divestitures, carve-outs, revenue recognition, leases and asset impairment considerations. She has also helped numerous clients strengthen their internal control environments and remediate deficiencies.

Before joining Moore Colson in 2023, Katie was an audit and assurance senior manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where she led and managed multiple large-scale, complex audit engagements. She also brings a unique perspective from her time at The Coca-Cola Company, managing consolidated financial reporting, accounting and preparation of key footnote disclosures for a global organization comprised of more than 300 individual legal entities, each with their own internal systems and local standards.
