Jonathan Levens, CPA, is a Partner with Moore Colson’s Tax Practice Area. Jonathan focuses on tax compliance and advisory services for closely-held businesses, their owners, private equity and venture capital. His responsibilities include leading and managing tax compliance and advisory services, and implementing effective tax strategies.

Jonathan’s professional public accounting background includes serving clients in the distribution, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, restaurants and hospitality, and retail industries. He also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition structuring, and due diligence services.
