With more than 30 years of experience as a CFO, COO and business advisor developing strategic tools and creating innovative financial and operational solutions, Chris’s expertise allows him to support C-suite leadership in driving growth by enhancing their company’s operational footprint, financial viability and sustainability. He has helped businesses in the distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, restaurants and hospitality, and retail industries optimize decisions and propel growth objectives forward.

At Moore Colson, Chris provides financial, accounting and operational leadership to clients. His expert business knowledge includes strategic and tactical business insight, optimal debt structure, facilitation and negotiation, and risk/return analysis. Chris also has extensive experience leading business negotiations that leverage marketplace footprint while focusing on the customer experience, advancing technology and enhancing efficiency.

Before joining Moore Colson, Chris was a director at another firm, where he developed the strategy for and successfully implemented the Atlanta-based Client Accounting and Advisory Services Practice.
