Hudson Ireland, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Assurance Practice Area, specializing in the financial services and real estate industries. Hudson works with registered investment advisors who construct, develop, own, lease, syndicate, advise and manage real estate assets. He assists clients with audit and assurance services, plans and oversees financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, and manages firm professionals.

Hudson’s successful business experience includes managing employee benefit plan audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for public companies. His professional background in public accounting and strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills complement Moore Colson’s diversified Assurance team.

Before joining Moore Colson, Hudson was a senior manager for Deloitte and Touche, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served public and private clients in the financial services and real estate industries. Hudson was responsible for leading engagements that resulted in SEC filings, including filings related to financial statements and equity issuances. He also supervised the performance of Sarbanes Oxley compliance for SEC clients.
