Brunella C. Reid, CDMP, PCM, is a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Moore Colson, where she leads the firm’s marketing and go-to-market strategy. She works closely with firm Partners to strengthen market positioning, support business development and drive expansion across the firm’s services and industries. Brunella guides the Moore Colson brand and oversees strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring growth efforts remain aligned, measurable and effective. In addition to leading the marketing team and advancing strategic initiatives across the firm, she advises clients through Moore Colson’s Marketing Advisory services, providing senior-level marketing leadership and growth strategy.

Brunella has more than 25+ years of business experience and 20+ years in a marketing leadership role. She specializes in elevating brands and modernizing marketing functions at the corporate level. Her work includes developing marketing and growth strategies, building content frameworks, and strengthening digital and social media presence, with experience across the financial services, healthcare, and international trade and logistics industries. Before joining Moore Colson in 2017, Brunella was Manager of Marketing Communications at Anthem (now Elevance Health), a Fortune 50 company, where she led a team of marketing communications writers and helped ensure brand consistency across thousands of communications each year. She previously served as Director of Marketing for a leading supply chain and logistics company, where she developed marketing strategies and led the company’s efforts to strengthen its market position.

Brunella currently serves as President of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), where she works with industry leaders to advance the profession and support the development of marketing and growth leaders within accounting firms.
