Atlanta CPA Firm Moore Colson Announces 2013 Peak Award Winners
Atlanta, Georgia (February, 2014) – Atlanta-based accounting firm, Moore Colson, recently announced the winners of the firm’s coveted Peak Award for 2013. The Moore Colson Peak Award is given to an individual based on significant contributions to the firm and work performed that is considered above and beyond expectations or something unique that an individual brought to the firm which has made a significant impact.
Dillon Barnhart – 4th Quarter 2013 Peak Award Winner. Dillon is a Senior Associate in the firm’s business assurance practice and won the 4th Quarter Peak Award after receiving numerous positive comments about his work performance while taking ownership of multiple client engagements. During this same time frame, Dillon also was also able to prepare for, and pass the CISA exam (Certified Information Systems Auditor). At Moore Colson Dillon performs staff-level responsibilities on Sarbanes-Oxley and compliance engagements.
Candace Jackson – 3rd Quarter 2013 Peak Award winner. Candace is a Manager in the firm’s business assurance practice and won the 3rd Quarter Peak due to her continued ability to provide top notch service to multiple clients. At Moore Colson, Candace performs in-charge responsibilities on client reviews and audit engagements, and also outsourced Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits.
Deneise Bradley – 2nd Quarter 2013 Peak Award Winner. Deneise is an administrative professional in the firm’s business assurance practice. Deneise won the 2nd Quarter Peak as she continues to be a valuable asset to the Business Assurance practice and firm as a whole, Deneise has also undertaken additional responsibilities, most recently, she conducted detailed research to identify a firm-wide CPE tracking software.
Steven Lathem – 1st Quarter 2013 Peak Award Winner. Steven is a Senior Manager in the firm’s business assurance practice. Steven won the Peak Award due to his continued effort to provide excellent client service, and high technical capabilities as well as his ability to mentor staff and interns. Steven’s focus at Moore Colson is primarily geared toward the performance and review of financial statement audits, reviews and compilations in the real estate, construction, trucking, and manufacturing industries.
