Steven Bailey, CPA, CFE, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Assurance Practice Area. With more than 19 years of experience, Steven leads audit and assurance engagements primarily within the construction, healthcare, technology and transportation industries.

Steven provides financial analysis and fraud advisory services to clients. He also performs internal control advisory services and Sarbanes–Oxley (SOX) compliance audits and reviews. Steven has also provided transaction advisory services by performing buy- and sell-side due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions.
