Hudson Ireland, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Business Assurance Practice, specializing in the real estate, financial services and staffing industries. Hudson assists clients with audit and assurance services, plans and oversees financial statement audits and reviews, and manages staff members.

Hudson’s successful business experience also includes managing employee benefit plan audits and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance for public companies. Hudson’s professional background in public accounting and strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills complement Moore Colson’s diversified Business Assurance team.

Before joining Moore Colson, Hudson worked as a senior manager for Deloitte and Touche, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served publicly and privately held clients, primarily in the real estate and financial services industries. Hudson was responsible for leading engagements that resulted in SEC filings, including filings related to financial statements and equity issuances. He also supervised the performance of Sarbanes Oxley procedures for SEC clients.
