Kelly Bird-Keith, CPA

Kelly Bird-Keith, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Business Assurance Department, specializing in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Kelly assists real estate clients with all aspects of their business including financial compliance work, consulting services, and technology efficiency solutions. Her extensive 15+ year experience includes advising clients on complex structures and transactions for all types of real estate assets under fair value GAAP basis, tax basis, and historical cost GAAP basis of accounting.

Kelly is also a leader in Moore Colson’s Employee Benefit Plan Practice. Kelly works with a variety of employee benefit plans, including plans required to be filed with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Kelly’s professional background in public accounting, along with her strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills, complement Moore Colson’s already diversified Business Assurance team.

Prior to joining Moore Colson in 2011, Kelly worked with UHY Advisors, one of the top 20 professional services firms in the United States. While with UHY, Kelly performed services for private real estate companies as well as performed audits and reviews of SEC registrants on form 10K and 10Q.
