Justin Wilkes, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Assurance Practice Area. With more than 20 years of experience, Justin leads financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for distribution, manufacturing and technology companies. Justin is a trusted advisor to his clients through technical accounting guidance and general management advisory. He is also responsible for developing and mentoring staff and monitoring firm performance goals.

Justin has experience working with closely-held businesses, private equity and SEC registrants. He has provided sell-side due diligence, purchase price allocations and quality of earnings reports to public and large private companies. He has also helped clients with qualified defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plan audits.

Before joining Moore Colson in 2024, Justin was a partner at BDO USA, providing clients with accounting and assurance services. He also worked at Deloitte, where he graduated from the Global Facilitation Skills program and participated in the Faculty Excellence program.
