Moore Colson Announces the Hiring of Jason Roth as Business and Financial Advisory Director

ATLANTA, GEORGIA

Moore Colson, an award-winning accounting and advisory firm in Atlanta, recently announced the addition of Jason Roth, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, CFE, FCPA, as a Director in the firm's Business and Financial Advisory Practice Area.

Roth brings 15 years of experience in forensic accounting and financial analysis, with a background spanning public accounting, corporate finance and litigation consulting. At Moore Colson, he will focus on delivering financial reporting and advisory solutions to support business growth and operational clarity. His expertise includes business valuation, financial forensics, fraud examination and outsourced accounting services.

Prior to joining Moore Colson, Roth served as a Senior Manager at a global forensic accounting firm, where he helped grow its litigation support practice in the Southeast. Before that, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he performed and led audits for public and private companies across numerous industries, including transaction auditing and purchase price allocations, as well as a boutique litigation consulting firm, where he worked on matters involving business valuations, lost profits and fraud investigations.

Roth earned a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA) and the National Association of Forensic Economics (NAFE).
