The GROW Women’s Initiative
At Moore Colson, our people are our most valuable resource. That value is the foundation for GROW™, our Women’s Initiative Program started by Partner Elizabeth Miller in 2014. GROW™, or Growth | Resources | Opportunities for Women, provides women a unique platform to share ideas, uncover new insights, connect and grow together. As a member of PrimeGlobal, one of the largest associations of independent public accounting firms in the world, we have access to and are actively involved in conferences and training for the Women’s Leadership Special Interest Group.
Leadership
Partner Marcia Nally, one of Moore Colson’s Real Estate Industry Leaders, is the leader of GROW™. Marcia is personally involved in shaping the program and hosting and selecting events where women can hear expert speakers and participate in informal workshops to promote team building and personal growth. Marcia is on the Board of Directors and acts as Treasurer for the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Atlanta, where she supports the achievements of women in commercial real estate.

We bring fresh insights and perspectives on leadership, work-life balance, and career management and progression through formal or informal events throughout the year. In addition to providing opportunities for employees to attend several women-related events throughout the year, Moore Colson team members attend the annual PrimeGlobal Women’s Leadership Conference on a rotating basis, giving several women a chance to be part of the experience. Those attending bring ideas back to the firm to continue expanding GROW™.
