Marcia Nally, CPA, is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Tax Practice Area and one of the firm’s Real Estate Industry Leaders. Marcia focuses on strategic tax compliance and planning services for closely-held businesses and their owners. She also advises private equity and venture capital clients. Marcia leads and oversees client tax services, recommends and implements tax planning ideas, and mentors staff.

Marcia’s professional public accounting background includes extensive experience in real estate partnerships and high-net-worth individuals. Marcia also serves clients in the manufacturing, professional services, retail and technology industries.

Before joining Moore Colson in 2015, Marcia worked for Jamestown LP, managing U.S. income tax compliance for multiple-tiered real estate investment funds, including partnerships, foreign and domestic corporations, and individuals. She was also the lead manager for Jamestown’s corporate U.S. income tax reporting and compliance.
