The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names Moore Colson a Winner of the Atlanta 2018 Top Workplaces Award

April 12, 2018

Moore Colson recently announced it has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

This is the eighth consecutive award for Moore Colson, and the firm ranked number 35 on the list of 75 Atlanta companies with 149 or fewer employees. “It is quite a humbling tribute to be named a Top Workplace for the eighth consecutive year by our employees,” said Moore Colson’s Managing Partner Bert Mills. “As our mission states, ‘Our people are our most valuable resource,’ and we believe this wholeheartedly. It is because of our smart, dedicated and caring team that our clients continue to trust us year after year to do what is best for their business. Our people are great stewards of our clients, and we strive to make Moore Colson a great place for our team.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
