Bob Kiser

Robert (Bob) Kiser joined Moore Colson in 1985 as a part-time employee. In 1988, he became a full-time firm professional and began developing the financial planning side of the firm. He became a Partner in 1993 and succeeded founding partner Greg Colson as Managing Partner in 2009, a role he held through 2012. During his 29 years at Moore Colson, Bob led the firm’s Financial Services Practice with expertise and insight, exceeding the expectations of business owners, corporate executives and individuals alike. He also played a significant role in the personal and professional growth of the firm’s employees as a leader and mentor. Bob retired at the end of 2014 and became a Legacy Partner.

Outside of his work with Moore Colson, Bob is an active member of the community. Throughout the years, he has served on the boards of the Cobb Community Foundation and The Center for Family Resources and taken active membership roles with the Marietta Kiwanis, Marietta First Presbyterian Church, Cobb County Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Club and the Marietta Country Club. In 2019, the Cobb Community Foundation name Bob the Visionary Philanthropist of the Year for his visionary leadership and influence in improving the quality of life for Cobb residents.
